Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every KreatorFlow account, workspace, prompt, upload, generated output, public portfolio post, Explore submission, comment, and profile.

• Illegal content or instructions to commit illegal acts.
• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to sexualise minors.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexualised content of a real person without consent.
• Harassment, targeted abuse, threats, blackmail, doxxing, or defamatory claims.
• Fraud, phishing, impersonation, spam, or misleading commercial activity.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Attempts to bypass moderation, abuse credit systems, or automate account creation.

You must own, control, or have permission to use uploaded images, videos, audio, characters, product photos, and brand assets. Do not upload another person, celebrity, public figure, protected likeness, logo, or private material unless you have the rights and authorisation needed for that use.

You are responsible for the legal rights, consents, licences, and permissions behind any prompt, upload, reference, output, or public post you create with KreatorFlow. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, consent, and other rights claims.

These rules apply to Voice Replication and to every cloned voice you create or use on KreatorFlow.

• Clone only your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you explicit written permission to clone it and to use it the way you intend.
• Do not clone the voice of a public figure, celebrity or politician unless they have given you that explicit written permission. Voice names that point to a public figure are refused.
• Do not use a cloned voice to impersonate anyone, to commit fraud or scams, to deceive listeners about who is speaking, or to make political deepfakes, such as invented statements by candidates, officials or parties.
• Do not clone the voice of a minor.
• Before every clone you confirm that you own the voice or have permission to clone it. We store a record of that confirmation, with its date and time, together with the cloned voice and may use it to investigate reports.
• We may remove cloned voices, and audio made with them, and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. If your voice was cloned without your permission, report it to the address in section 8.

Unrestricted or Pro workflows may have fewer creative limits, but they are not permission to create illegal, abusive, infringing, or non-consensual content. Provider and platform safety checks can still reject requests, especially where real people, privacy, protected likenesses, explicit sexual content, or rights issues are involved.

Explore, profiles, comments, and portfolios are public-facing surfaces. We may review, reject, remove, or down-rank content that violates this policy or creates legal, safety, or platform risk.

We may remove content, refund or withhold credits where appropriate, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, and report serious illegal content to relevant authorities.
