Refund and Credit Policy

1. Credits

KreatorFlow uses credits for AI image, video, and related workflows. The credits needed for a generation depend on model, output type, duration, resolution, references, and selected settings.

2. Failed Generations

If a generation fails after credits are reserved, we automatically return the reserved credits to your workspace balance where the failure is eligible for a refund. Your credits page shows the debit, refund, model used, timestamp, and balance after each event.

3. Safety and Moderation Rejections

Some requests can be rejected by platform or provider safety systems. Where credits were reserved and the generation did not complete, eligible reserved credits are returned to your workspace.

4. Credit Packs

Credit packs are digital content and are delivered immediately to your workspace balance after successful payment. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered or used, except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not usually refund the current billing period. You keep access until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended for policy violations.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe credits were not returned or a payment was charged incorrectly, contact support@kreatorflow.ai with your account email, workspace name, generation time, and any visible error message.
