Terms of Service

By creating an account or using KreatorFlow at kreatorflow.ai("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and KreatorFlow.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use KreatorFlow. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to minors.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent credit limits, bans, or other restrictions is prohibited.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify us immediately at support@kreatorflow.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

KreatorFlow operates on a credit system. Credits are consumed when you generate images, videos, or other AI outputs.

• Free tier — new accounts receive 10 complimentary credits (image generation only). Free credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Paid credits & subscriptions — additional credits can be purchased or obtained through a paid subscription plan. All purchases are final except as described in Section 5 (Refunds).
• Credit expiry — subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased credit packs do not expire for 12 months from purchase.
• Pricing changes— we may change plan prices with 30 days' notice. Changes do not affect active subscriptions until renewal.
• Currency — all prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Stripe processes all payments; we do not store your card details.

Credits consumed for failed or errored generations are automatically refunded to your balance once the job resolves. If credits are not returned automatically, contact support within 14 days and we will investigate.

Purchased credit packs and subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law. We do not offer pro-rata refunds on subscription cancellation; you retain access until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to use KreatorFlow to create, distribute, or store content that:

• Is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of KreatorFlow.
• Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any such content will be immediately reported to law enforcement and your account permanently banned.
• Constitutes non-consensual intimate imagery ("deepfakes") of real persons.
• Harasses, threatens, or defames any individual or group.
• Infringes the intellectual property rights of others (including using reference images you do not have the right to use).
• Facilitates fraud, spam, or phishing.
• Attempts to circumvent the Service's safety filters or abuse the credit system.

We may remove content and suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

See the full Acceptable Use Policy. Pro or unrestricted workflows do not permit illegal, abusive, infringing, or non-consensual content.

Your prompts and inputs — you retain all rights to prompts and reference images you submit.

Generated output — to the extent permitted by law, generated images and videos produced by the Service are owned by you. However, AI-generated content may not be independently copyrightable in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for understanding the IP status of generated content in your territory.

Public portfolio & Explore — if you publish content to your public portfolio or the Explore feed, you grant KreatorFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and promote that content within the Service for as long as it remains public.

Training data — we do not use your private prompts or generated outputs to train AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, reference media, characters, brand assets, generated outputs, and anything you publish or commercialise through the Service. You must make sure you have all rights, licences, permissions, and consents needed for your use.

You are responsible for any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, consent, defamation, or other rights claims arising from your content or use of the Service.

The KreatorFlow platform, brand, logo, UI, and underlying technology are owned by KreatorFlow and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the platform without written permission.

We aim to maintain high availability but provide no SLA guarantee. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. We are not liable for lost revenue or opportunity due to downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KreatorFlow's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not warrant that outputs will be accurate, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KreatorFlow and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your prompts, uploads, reference media, generated outputs, published content, rights disputes, or your violation of these Terms.

By you — you may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Unused paid credits are non-refundable on voluntary termination (except where required by law).

By us — we may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. For serious violations (illegal content, fraud, abuse) termination is immediate and permanent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
