How do discount codes and offers work?
Personal offers we email you give a percentage off the first month of your first monthly plan. They're tied to your account, expire at the time shown, and apply automatically at checkout.
- They apply to the first month of a first monthly Creator, Pro or Max plan. Not annual plans, Business, or later subscriptions.
- The discount replaces the usual first-month price rather than stacking with it.
- Each code only works on the account it was sent to.
- Expired offers can't be extended or reissued.

It says the code belongs to another account
Personal codes only work for the account they were emailed to. Log in with that account to use it.
Does the discount work on annual or Business?
No. Personal offers are for the first month of a monthly Creator, Pro or Max plan.
I got an email saying free credits were added
Some welcome emails include bonus credits. They're already in your balance: check the Credits page.
