What are the official KreatorFlow channels?
The only official places are kreatorflow.ai, emails from kreatorflow.ai addresses, and support@kreatorflow.ai. We never DM you asking for your password, payment details or codes.
- Support happens through the Help assistant on kreatorflow.ai, which emails our team, or by email to support@kreatorflow.ai.
- Marketing emails come from team@kreatorflow.ai. Replies to that address aren't read, so use Support instead.
- If someone messages you on Discord or social media claiming to be KreatorFlow staff, ignore it and don't click their links.
