It says my plan can't do that
Some features depend on your plan. The message tells you which plan you need.
- "Video generation is not available on the free plan": video starts on Creator (or the $3 trial).
- "1080p and 4K video are available on Pro, Max, and Business": pick 720p, or upgrade.
- "Web search is available on Pro, Max, and Business": it also only works with text-to-video on Seedance 2, without references or templates.
- "Workspaces can run up to N … at once": wait for a job to finish. See "How many generations can I run at once?".
- "Insufficient credits": top up, claim your daily credits, or lower the settings.
