See passesStage is KreatorFlow's free 3D shot planner for AI video. Open one of 14 examples or describe a scene to Kiryu, block the characters, light the set and keyframe the camera on a timeline, then animate the shot with Seedance 2.5. It runs in your browser on your own graphics card.
Planning is free and works without an account: examples, Kiryu scene builds, blocking, lighting, camera keys, playback and previs video export cost no credits. Credits are only spent when you confirm a paid step: turning a shot into a video, making KreatorFlow voice lines or dictating with the mic. You see the cost before you confirm. In the Animate dialog, a 10-second Seedance 2.5 clip is 47 credits at 720p or 100 at 1080p. Making the video needs a paid plan; free accounts can plan, preview and export the previs.
In Simple mode, Make it real sends Stage's own render of every shot to Seedance 2.5 (or to Kitsune, which keeps Stage's exact motion) and makes the whole video at 720p, showing the exact credits before you confirm. In Advanced mode, Animate this shot renders the shot's start frame at the shot's shape, snaps the length to one Seedance 2.5 makes and writes a motion brief from your keyframes, which you can edit; the planned frame becomes the exact first frame. Generate here (or Animate all) spends credits in Stage after showing the Estimated cost; Open in Video studio spends nothing until you press Generate there.
No. Stage imports .glb, .gltf and .vrm files (characters, props or sets, up to 50 MB each), and they stay in your browser. It does not open .blend, FBX, OBJ or USD files and does not export to Blender or other 3D apps. Exports are previs videos (MP4 or WebM), PNG frames and a scene file that opens in Stage.
Yes. On a phone, Stage opens a phone editor in Simple mode, held upright: build a scene by chatting with Kiryu, move, pose and key characters, set camera moves, add text and sound, share a link, export a video (up to 60 seconds at a time) and press Make it real. Advanced tools (the full track timeline, body-part posing, lights, effects and imported 3D models) need a laptop or desktop. The phone needs WebGL 2; very small devices get the examples viewer instead. Projects are saved in your browser on that device; there is no cloud save or live collaboration, but a share link lets others watch and remix a copy.
