Do my credits expire?

Plan credits don't roll over: when your plan renews, any plan credits left from the last billing period expire and the new period's credits are added. Credit packs last 12 months and are never removed at renewal.

  • Monthly plans: unused plan credits expire at each monthly renewal.
  • Annual plans: the year's credits last until the yearly renewal.
  • Plan credits are always used first, so the credits you bought yourself last longest.
  • Credit packs, the trial, starter credits and bonus credits aren't removed at renewal.
  • If your plan ends, unused plan credits expire after it ends.
  • We'll let you know in the app whenever unused plan credits expire.

Got any questions left?

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you've paid for. After the plan ends, unused plan credits expire. Credit packs stay.

Do unused credits roll over to next month?

Plan credits don't: unused plan credits expire when your plan renews. Credit packs last 12 months, and daily claims must be claimed on the day.

Which credits get used first?

Plan credits are used first, then pack, trial and bonus credits. That way the credits that expire soonest go first.
