Credits
How credits work, what things cost, daily claims and expiry.
- How do credits work?Every generation uses credits. The exact cost is shown on the Generate button before you start, and failed jobs are refunded automatically.
- How many credits do I have?Your balance is in the top bar and on the Credits page, along with every charge and refund.
- How many credits does an image or video cost?It depends on the model, quality and length, and the exact cost is always shown on the Generate button before you start.
- Is there a free trial or free credits?New accounts get 10 one-time starter credits for images after verifying their email. For video, there's a $3 48-hour trial, or any paid plan.
- How do daily bonus credits work?On paid plans you can claim bonus credits once a day on the Claim credits page. It resets at midnight UTC, and missed days don't roll over.
- Do my credits expire?Plan credits don't roll over: when your plan renews, any plan credits left from the last billing period expire and the new period's credits are added. Credit packs last 12 months and are never removed at renewal.
- How do I buy more credits?Buy a top-up pack on the Credits page. Packs run from $8 for 160 credits up to $798 for 18,800, and bigger packs give more credits per dollar.
- Where do I enter a coupon or credit code?Credit, coupon and launch codes go in Redeem credits on the Credits page (or in Settings). Discount codes for a plan go in the code box at checkout.
- My credits are missing or my balance looks wrongCheck the history on the Credits page first: it lists every charge, refund, claim and expiry. If something still doesn't add up, contact support and we'll look into it.
