My generation is stuck on processing
Video can take a few minutes, longer at high quality or busy times. It finishes in the background and appears in History, so you can leave the page.
- Refresh the page. Finished jobs appear in History even if you left.
- Free Creator Pass jobs wait in the free lane before starting. That's normal.
- If it eventually fails, credits are refunded automatically.
- If a job has been processing for more than 30 minutes, contact support.
