The KreatorFlow MCP connector won't connect or sign in
Remove the connector, add it again with the exact server URL, and sign in with the KreatorFlow account that has the paid plan. Most sign-in problems come from a free account, an old connection or a mistyped URL.
"A paid plan is required"
The connector works on paid plans (Creator, Pro, Max or Business) and during the $3 48-hour trial. Check which workspace you're signed in to, upgrade if needed, then connect again.
"Invalid client" or "Invalid redirect"
The connection request is out of date or was changed. Remove KreatorFlow from your app's connectors and add it again with the server URL, then sign in.
"Session expired" or the sign-in page keeps coming back
Your KreatorFlow login ended before you pressed Allow. Log in at kreatorflow.ai in the same browser, then start the connection again from your app.
The app says access was denied
Deny was pressed on the KreatorFlow screen, or the account had no paid plan at that moment. Connect again and press Allow.
It worked before, but now it asks me to sign in
Sign-ins renew on their own while you use the connector. A connection left unused for 30 days asks you to sign in again: reconnect from your app and press Allow.
"This account no longer has access to the workspace"
You were removed from the team workspace you connected, or the workspace changed. Reconnect and sign in with the account and workspace you want to use.
A tool call fails with a credits or plan message
The connector shows the same messages as the studio. "Insufficient credits" means top up or claim your daily credits; a plan message means that setting needs a higher plan. Ask the assistant to lower the resolution or length and try again.
Developer server: invalid_api_key, account_not_active or scope_missing
- invalid_api_key: send a live key as Authorization: Bearer kf_... (or an x-api-key header).
- account_not_active: the developer account isn't active. Contact support.
- scope_missing: the key lacks a scope the tool needs, for example jobs:read for get_job. Create a key with that scope.
