My generation failed. Do I get my credits back?
Yes. Failed and blocked generations are refunded automatically, usually within a few minutes.
You'll see the refund as its own line on the Credits page. You don't need to do anything.
- If the refund isn't there after a few minutes, contact support with the time of the job.
- Free Creator Pass generations were never charged, so there's nothing to refund, and a failed one doesn't use your daily limit.
