Can I get a refund on my subscription or credit pack?
Subscriptions and credit packs aren't refundable once delivered or used, except where the law requires it. Failed jobs are always refunded in credits automatically.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. There are no partial refunds for unused time.
- Billing mistakes, like being charged twice, are always put right. Contact support.

Can I get a partial refund for an unused annual plan?
Plans aren't refunded pro rata. Cancel to stop the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
