How do credits work?
KreatorFlow uses a credit system for generating content. Each tool and its various settings (like output quality, duration for videos, complexity) will display the number of credits required for a single generation. These credits are deducted from your account balance when you initiate a task.
Credit System
Image Generation:
- • Standard quality: 1-2 credits
- • High quality: 3-4 credits
- • Ultra quality: 5-8 credits
Video Generation:
- • Short clips: 5-10 credits
- • Standard videos: 10-20 credits
- • Premium features: 20+ credits
What happens when I run out of credits?
If your credit balance reaches zero or is insufficient for a selected operation, you won't be able to start new generations. You'll need to top up your credits by purchasing a credit pack or upgrading your subscription to continue creating.
When Credits Run Low:
- You'll receive notifications before reaching zero
- New generations will be blocked
- Existing generations in progress will complete
- Easy top-up options are available in your dashboard
- No loss of previous work or account data
Can I top up credits without upgrading my subscription?
Yes, absolutely. We offer credit packs that you can purchase to supplement your balance at any time, regardless of your current subscription tier. This gives you flexibility if you have a high-volume project or just need a few extra credits.

What's your refund policy?
Full refunds are available within 24 hours if no credits have been used. Once you use any credits, purchases are non-refundable. Annual plans may qualify for partial refunds.
