AI real estate video from your listing photos

Upload one listing photo per room and Seedance 2.0 moves a camera through it: a slow walk-in for the living room, a rising twilight shot for the facade, a vertical slide along the kitchen for Reels. Each clip keeps the room you photographed, so the tour stays honest.

  • 3 tested prompts
  • From 12 credits a clip
  • Seedance 2.0
  • Seedance 2 Fast

What you can make

  • Room-by-room walk-in clips from the photos you already shot
  • A twilight exterior reveal for the top of the listing
  • Vertical feature reels for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts
  • Neighbourhood b-roll without sending a crew

Prompts that work, with their settings

Paste a prompt into the video studio, set the options listed under it and add the references in the order shown. The first upload is “the first image” in the prompt.

  • Living-room walk-in

The living room from the first image. The camera glides slowly forward through the doorway at chest height, keeping the furniture, windows and floor exactly as in the photo. Soft late-afternoon sun through the windows, faint dust in the light. Smooth gimbal move, no cuts, no people.

Eight seconds is long enough for a slow move to feel like walking in, and Seedance 2.0 holds the room's layout better than the faster model.

  • Twilight exterior reveal

The house from the first image at blue hour. The camera rises slowly from the front lawn to a high angle above the roof line, warm light glowing in every window, street lamps switching on. Keep the facade, roof and driveway unchanged. Calm, steady crane move.

The twilight look sells the listing's first frame, and six seconds keeps the crane move slow without drifting off the house.

  • Vertical kitchen slide

The kitchen from the first image. A slow sideways slide along the island from left to right, revealing the counter and the pendant lights, bright morning light, crisp clean look. Keep every cabinet and appliance as in the photo.

Social reels need many short clips, so the faster, cheaper model at 9:16 is the better trade here.

One take of all 3 shots is 54 credits, about $3.38 on the Creator plan. Prices per clip use each plan's monthly price and its guaranteed monthly credits (Creator: $25 for 400 credits; Pro: $49 for 800), and image references add no credits.

Free accounts can make video on Seedance 2 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p. A plan adds every video model, including Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, 720p (1080p and 4K on Pro and above), no queue and more credits. Creator renders up to 720p; 1080p is on the Pro, Max and Business plans. The studio shows the exact cost before you generate, and credits for a failed clip come back automatically. For a whole campaign, the AI video cost calculator adds it up.

Step by step

  1. 1

    Pick one photo per room

Use the sharpest landscape photo of each room, shot level at eye height. Wide-angle photos work, but very distorted corners can bend as the camera moves.

  2. 2

Add it as the first image

In the video studio, choose Seedance 2.0 and add the photo as a reference. The prompt calls it "the first image".

  3. 3

    Describe one camera move

One move per clip: walk in, rise, or slide. Always end with "keep ... exactly as in the photo" so the furniture stays put.

  4. 4

Join the rooms in your editor

Each clip is one room. Put them in tour order, add your agency's title cards and music, and export.

Tips for better results

  • Shoot or pick photos with the lights on and blinds open: the model keeps the brightness it is given.
  • Name what must not change ("the fireplace", "the staircase") when a room has one standout feature.
  • Keep people out of the prompt: empty rooms read as a property tour, not a lifestyle ad.
  • Make the facade clip first: it is the one you will reuse as the listing thumbnail and the reel's first second.

Mistakes to avoid

  • Asking one clip to move through two rooms: the doorway between them is where layouts get invented.
  • Adding furniture that is not there without saying so: label any virtually staged clip as a visualisation, and check your listing portal's rules on edited media.
  • Fast drone-style moves inside small rooms: they warp walls. Save them for the exterior.

Add a voiceover

Paste it into the Text to Speech studio, pick a calm narrator voice and lay it under the tour in your editor. This 205-character script is 2 credits.

Questions

Can KreatorFlow make a full house tour in one clip?

Not in one take: a Seedance 2.0 clip runs 4 to 15 seconds, and Seedance 2.5 goes up to 30. Make one clip per room from that room's photo and join them in tour order. A six-room tour of 8-second clips at 720p is 144 credits.

Will the AI change the rooms in my listing photos?

It keeps the room you upload when the prompt says so ("keep the furniture, windows and floor exactly as in the photo") and the camera move is gentle. Check every clip against the photo before you publish, and regenerate any that adds or moves things.

Can I add furniture to an empty room?

You can describe furniture in the prompt and the model will add it, but that is virtual staging: label the clip as a visualisation and follow your local rules and your listing portal's rules on edited images.
