What is Seedance?
Seedance is a family of video generation models from ByteDance's Seed team. You describe a shot, or give it images, clips and audio as references, and it makes a video with camera movement, consistent characters and generated sound in one pass.
The newest model, Seedance 2.5, makes single takes of up to 30 seconds. Seedance 2.0 takes up to 9 images, 3 video clips and 3 audio files as references in one prompt, which is why it is the model people use for character-consistent ads, music videos and short films.

Seedance 2.5. Its biggest change is length: one generation runs for up to 30 seconds, against 15 seconds on Seedance 2.0, at 480p, 720p, 1080p, 4K.

Can I use Seedance for free?
New KreatorFlow accounts get 25 one-time starter credits for images and video. Free video covers Seedance 2 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p only, queued and rate limited. Other video models and 720p and above need a plan. Longer, higher resolution and Seedance 2.5 videos need a plan.
Is there a Seedance API?
Yes. The KreatorFlow developer API runs every Seedance model with one API key, billed per video from prepaid tokens. It is the cheapest Seedance API at 720p and above among the providers we track.
Can I use Seedance in Claude or ChatGPT?
