Signing up, logging in, emails, your data and deleting your account.
- Who can sign up, and how?You need to be 18 or over. Sign up with email and password or with Google, then enter the 6-digit code we email you.
- I can't log in or forgot my passwordUse Forgot password on the login page to get a reset link (valid for 1 hour). If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google instead.
- How do I change my password, name or email?Open Settings to update your profile and password. Google-only accounts manage their password with Google. To change your account email, contact support.
- How do I stop marketing emails?Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. You'll still get important account emails like receipts, codes and payment problems.
- What happens to my prompts and data?Your prompts and creations are yours. We don't use your prompts to train models and we don't sell or share your content.
- How do I delete my account?Go to Settings → Delete account. It's permanent: your plan is cancelled straight away and your creations and remaining credits are removed.
