Why can't I use a photo of a real person?
For images, photos of real people need an unlocked account: any live plan, or a credit pack bought in the last 30 days. For video, save the photo as a Character or Asset first and use its @handle.
- Images: "needs an unlocked account" means you need a live plan or a recent pack. Saving the photo as a character doesn't unlock it on its own.
- Video: save the photo as a Character or Asset, then pick it or type its @handle.
- Reference videos and Kitsune clips can't show a real person's face.
- Only use photos of people who have agreed to it.

I bought credits but real-person photos are still blocked
A pack unlocks it for 30 days after you buy it. If your pack is older, a live plan or a new pack unlocks it again.
