Why was my prompt or image blocked?
Automatic safety checks block some prompts and references, especially anything involving minors, non-consensual imagery of real people, violence and copyrighted material. Blocked jobs are refunded.
Try rephrasing, removing a reference, or using a saved Character instead of a raw photo. Some content is never allowed; see the Acceptable Use policy.
Unrestricted image mode (with a live plan, or for 30 days after buying a pack) and Unrestricted video (Pro and above) allow more creative freedom within the rules.

Rephrase and try again. If it keeps happening with something that's clearly allowed, contact support with the prompt.
