Short answer

As of October 2026, the cheapest Seedance 2.5 clip on KreatorFlow is a 4-second clip at 480p or 720p: 19 credits, about $1.18 on the Max plan's regular price. A 5-second 720p clip costs 24 credits ($1.49 to $1.71), and 1080p costs 50. Seedance 2.5 needs a paid plan: it is not free or unlimited.

How to price a Seedance 2.5 clip before you generate

  1. 1

    Pick the clip length

Seedance 2.5 makes one continuous shot of 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 or 30 seconds. The price is linear: twice the length costs twice the credits, so a 30-second clip costs 6 times a 5-second one.

  2. 2

    Pick the resolution

Seedance 2.5 costs 4.7 credits per second at 480p and 720p, 10 at 1080p and 24 at 4K. 480p and 720p cost the same, so rendering at 480p saves nothing on this model.

  3. 3

Multiply by your plan's price per credit

Credits times your plan's price per credit gives the dollar price. On regular monthly prices a credit costs between 6.19 cents and 7.14 cents, depending on the plan.

  4. 4

Check the estimate in the studio

The video studio shows the exact credit cost before you generate and updates it with every setting. Nothing is charged until you press Generate, and a clip that fails is refunded automatically.

Every price on this page counts only the plan's guaranteed credits. Halloween bonus credits and daily bonus credits have to be claimed, so they are not counted. Clip credits are the studio's own prices. Developer API tokens are not part of the sale.

How much does one Seedance 2.5 clip cost?

A 5-second Seedance 2.5 clip costs 24 credits at 720p, 50 at 1080p and 120 at 4K. In dollars that is $1.49 to $1.71 at 720p and $3.09 to $3.50 at 1080p, depending on your plan. The shortest clip, 4 seconds, costs 19 credits at 480p or 720p, and the longest single shot, 30 seconds, costs 140 credits at 720p and 300 at 1080p.

The rule behind every number is simple: Seedance 2.5 is charged per second of video, and the rate depends only on resolution: 4.7 credits per second at 480p and 720p, 10 at 1080p and 24 at 4K. The aspect ratio does not change the price, and neither does the prompt. Generated audio is included at no extra cost.

One thing that surprises people: on Seedance 2.5, 480p and 720p cost exactly the same. If you are using Seedance 2.5 anyway, render at 720p. Drafting at 480p only saves credits on the other Seedance models, which the section on spending fewer credits covers.

What does a credit cost on each plan?

KreatorFlow sells credits through monthly plans. The dollar prices on this page divide each plan's regular monthly price by its guaranteed credits, the credits added to your account straight away. Bonus credits you claim during the month are left out, so what you actually pay per clip is the same as shown here or lower.

Max has the lowest price per credit, so it is the cheapest place to run Seedance 2.5 if you use most of its credits. Creator is the cheapest plan to start on, but it stops at 720p: 1080p and 4K start on Pro. The first month is often discounted; the current offer is on the pricing page.

  • Creator: $25 a month for 350 guaranteed credits, so 7.14 cents per credit. Renders Seedance 2.5 up to 720p; a 5-second 720p clip costs $1.71. You can also claim up to 175 bonus credits a month, which these prices do not count.
  • Pro: $49 a month for 700 guaranteed credits, so 7.00 cents per credit. Renders Seedance 2.5 up to 4K; a 5-second clip costs $1.68 at 720p and $3.50 at 1080p. You can also claim up to 350 bonus credits a month, which these prices do not count.
  • Max: $99 a month for 1,600 guaranteed credits, so 6.19 cents per credit. Renders Seedance 2.5 up to 4K; a 5-second clip costs $1.49 at 720p and $3.09 at 1080p. You can also claim up to 900 bonus credits a month, which these prices do not count.

What is the cheapest way to use Seedance 2.5?

The cheapest single Seedance 2.5 clip is a 4-second clip at 480p or 720p for 19 credits: $1.18 on Max and $1.36 on Creator. Beyond that, the cheapest route depends on how much you make.

  • Just trying it: the $3 48-hour trial adds 60 credits and gives every video model, including Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, up to 720p, with no queue. That covers 2 five-second 720p clips or 3 clips of 4 seconds. After 48 hours it continues as the Creator plan ($25 a month after the first month) unless you cancel before then.
  • A few clips a month at 720p: Creator at $25 a month gives 350 guaranteed credits, enough for 14 five-second Seedance 2.5 clips at 720p.
  • Regular volume or 1080p: Max has the lowest price per credit (6.19 cents), enough for 66 five-second clips at 720p or 32 at 1080p a month.
  • Running out mid-month: top-up packs start at $8 for 160 credits and go down to 3.80 cents per credit on the largest pack. Packs add credits, not a plan, so Seedance 2.5 still needs one.
  • Long shots: a 30-second Seedance 2.5 clip costs the same per second as a short one, so one long take costs no more than the same seconds split into several clips, and it keeps the same light and subject from start to end.

Is Seedance 2.5 free?

No. Seedance 2.5 needs a paid plan on KreatorFlow, from Creator up. A new account gets 25 free starter credits, which work for images and video (about 12 Seedream images). Free video covers Seedance 2 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p only, queued and rate limited. Other video models and 720p and above need a plan.

So there is no honest yes to "Seedance 2.5 free" or "Seedance 2.5 gratis" on our side: one 5-second Seedance 2.5 clip at 720p costs 24 credits. The cheapest way in is the $3 trial above, which covers 2 of those clips.

If a site offers Seedance 2.5 completely free, check what you actually get: a few credits that cover part of one clip, a watermark, a lower resolution, a long queue, or a different model. Free tiers are useful for testing an interface, but they rarely cover real production.

Is there an unlimited Seedance 2.5 plan?

Not on KreatorFlow. Seedance 2.5 is billed per clip in credits on every plan, and no plan includes unlimited Seedance 2.5. Every second of video has a real compute cost that grows with length and resolution, which is why all 9 services whose Seedance 2.5 prices we checked charge per second or per clip.

"Unlimited" offers exist across AI video, and they usually come with conditions. For example, Flashloop's pricing page (checked 11 October 2026) marks Veo 3.1 and Nano Banana as Unlimited under fair use on its Creator and Ultra plans, while Seedance 2.5 there is charged in credits: 27,000 credits for a 5-second 720p clip. Before you pay for an unlimited plan, check these points in its terms:

  • Which models are actually unlimited. It is often an older or cheaper model, not Seedance 2.5.
  • Fair-use or daily caps, and what happens when you reach them.
  • Queue speed: unlimited generations often run in a slower queue than paid credits.
  • Resolution and clip length limits on the unlimited generations.
  • Whether the offer is time limited, and what the plan costs when it ends.
  • Commercial use rights and watermarks on the unlimited output.

How should you compare Seedance 2.5 prices between sites?

Compare the price of the same clip: same model, same length, same resolution. Credits are not comparable between sites, because every service sets its own credit value and its own credits per clip, so convert both sides to dollars per clip.

Count only the credits you are guaranteed. Claimable bonus credits, sale bonuses and rollover promises change from month to month, so we leave them out of our own prices and compare against the other service's published monthly plan price. On that basis a 5-second Seedance 2.5 clip costs $1.49 at 720p and $3.09 at 1080p on KreatorFlow's Max plan, against $2.81 and $7.07 on Flashloop's Ultra 3M plan, its lowest price per credit (checked 11 October 2026).

Every outside price on this page was read on the provider's own pricing or model page on the date shown next to its source, and we re-check them at least every 90 days. Temporary promotions are left out.

How do you spend fewer credits on Seedance 2.5?

Most of the credits in a Seedance 2.5 project go on attempts that never make the final cut. The way to save is to make those attempts cheaply and render Seedance 2.5 only once the shot works.

  • Draft the prompt on a cheaper model. Seedance 2.0 Mini costs 8 credits and Seedance 2 Fast costs 10 credits for 5 seconds at 480p, against 24 for Seedance 2.5 at 720p. Check framing, camera move and timing there first.
  • Test short, then extend. Get the prompt right on a 4- or 5-second clip (19 to 24 credits) before you ask for 30 seconds (140 credits at 720p).
  • Render Seedance 2.5 at 720p, not 480p: both cost 24 credits for 5 seconds.
  • Keep 1080p for the final version. It costs 50 credits for 5 seconds, 2.1 times 720p, and 4K costs 120.
  • Use Seedance 2.0 for shots of 15 seconds or less: 15 seconds at 720p costs 45 credits on Seedance 2.0 and 70 on Seedance 2.5. Keep Seedance 2.5 for takes longer than 15 seconds.
  • Trim your reference clip. A reference video is billed on its own seconds plus the output: 5 seconds of Seedance 2.5 at 720p with a 5-second reference clip costs 27 credits instead of 24.
  • Write the whole shot in one prompt: subject, action from start to end, camera move and light. A vague prompt is a common reason to render the same shot twice.

Is Seedance 2.5 more expensive than Seedance 2.0?

Yes, per second. A 5-second clip at 720p costs 24 credits on Seedance 2.5 and 15 on Seedance 2.0; at 1080p it is 50 against 29. The extra pays for length: Seedance 2.0 stops at 15 seconds, while Seedance 2.5 makes a single shot of up to 30 seconds, so a walkthrough, a product demo or a slow reveal can stay one continuous take.

Both models take the same references (up to 9 images, 3 clips and 3 audio files) and the same aspect ratios, so a prompt that works on one works on the other. A common workflow is to draft and make short shots on Seedance 2.0, and use Seedance 2.5 for the long takes.

Is there a Seedance 2.5 API for developers?

Yes. Developers can call Seedance 2.5 through the KreatorFlow API, billed per second of video and prepaid in tokens of $0.05, with no subscription. The developer guides below cover the per-second rates and how they compare across providers.

Who runs Seedance 2.5 on KreatorFlow?

Seedance 2.5 is ByteDance's video model. KreatorFlow is an official partner of BytePlus, ByteDance's enterprise AI platform. Built on BytePlus, ByteDance's official AI platform.

How were these prices worked out?

Credits per clip come from the studio's own credit code, the same code that charges you, so the tables change when the price does. Dollar prices divide each plan's regular monthly price by its guaranteed credits. Claimable bonus credits, first-month discounts and sale bonuses are not counted.

Other services' prices were read on their own pages on the dates listed next to the sources, for a 5-second clip without a video input. All prices are in US dollars, before tax, as of October 2026.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Seedance 2.5 cost?

On KreatorFlow, a 5-second Seedance 2.5 clip costs 24 credits at 720p ($1.49 to $1.71), 50 at 1080p ($3.09 to $3.50) and 120 at 4K. The price is per second, so a 30-second clip at 720p costs 140 credits.

What's the cheapest way to use Seedance 2.5?

Make 4-second clips at 720p (19 credits, $1.18 on Max), draft on a cheaper Seedance model first, and use the plan with the lowest price per credit for volume. To just try it, the $3 48-hour trial adds 60 credits.

Is Seedance 2.5 free?

No. Seedance 2.5 needs a paid plan, from Creator up. New accounts get 25 starter credits for images and video. Free video covers Seedance 2 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p only, queued and rate limited. Other video models and 720p and above need a plan.

Is there unlimited Seedance 2.5?

Not on KreatorFlow: every Seedance 2.5 clip costs credits. Where other services sell "unlimited" plans, check which models are included, the fair-use caps, the queue speed and the resolution before you pay.

How much is Seedance 2.5 per second?

In the studio, 4.7 credits per second at 480p and 720p, 10 at 1080p and 24 at 4K. That is about $0.29 a second at 720p on Max.

Is Seedance 2.5 more expensive than Seedance 2.0?

Yes. 5 seconds at 720p costs 24 credits on Seedance 2.5 and 15 on Seedance 2.0. Seedance 2.5 makes clips of up to 30 seconds against 15, so it is worth it for long single takes.

Which plan do I need for 1080p or 4K?

Creator renders Seedance 2.5 up to 720p. 1080p and 4K need Pro, Max or Business. A 5-second 1080p clip is 50 credits, $3.09 on Max.

Do audio or reference videos change the price?

Generated audio does not change the price. A reference video does: its seconds are billed on top of the output, so 5 seconds at 720p with a 5-second reference clip costs 27 credits instead of 24.

See the exact price before you generate

Open the video studio with Seedance 2.5 selected. The credit cost updates with every length and resolution, and nothing is charged until you press Generate. A 5-second 720p clip is 24 credits.
