A mascot spokesperson without an animation studio
A mascot that talks used to mean an animator posing every mouth shape. Lip Sync on KreatorFlow runs ByteDance's OmniHuman 2.0, which reads the audio and animates the face for you. KreatorFlow is an official partner of BytePlus, a ByteDance company and runs the model through BytePlus.
Write the script, record or pick a voice, and the same mascot can present this week's news, a product or a how-to.
How to make a mascot talk in three steps
- 1
Pick one image of the mascot
A clean image of the mascot facing the viewer, with its mouth visible: an illustration, a 3D render or a photo of a costume. Saved characters can be picked straight from the library.
- 2
Add the script
Record the mascot's voice as an MP3 or WAV, 4 seconds to 5 minutes long, or type the script and pick one of our voices. Use the same voice in every video so the mascot sounds like itself.
- 3
Generate the talking mascot
Add an optional direction for gestures and camera, choose 720p or 1080p and press Generate. 4 credits per second at 720p, shown before you start.
What brands use talking mascots for
- Product intros and launch announcements
- Short ads and hooks for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Onboarding and how-to videos inside an app
- Weekly updates or news from the brand character
- Event and holiday greetings
- Store and trade show screens
Tips for mascots
- Keep one master image. Use the same image of the mascot every time so it looks the same in every video.
- Keep one voice. Save the mascot's voice, or record the same voice actor, for every script.
- Short scripts land better. A 15 to 30 second script keeps the mascot punchy on social.
- Plain backgrounds. A simple background keeps the attention on the face and the design steady.

Consent and responsible use
Lip Sync makes the person in a photo say whatever the audio says, so it comes with clear rules. On the website you confirm, the first time you generate with a new photo, that you are that person or have their permission. Photos are screened before anything is charged, and photos with nudity or of minors are refused.
- Use a photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you permission to make them speak. A character you created, an animal or a drawing is fine.
- Use a voice you have the right to use: your own, one of our voices, a voice you cloned with consent, or a recording you have permission for. The same goes for any music or song.
- No sexual content, nothing involving anyone under 18, and no impersonation: never make a real person appear to say something they did not say in order to mislead, harass or defraud.
- No celebrities, politicians or other public figures unless they have given you permission and you hold the rights for that use.
- When you post a talking video of a real person, say that it is AI-generated. Many platforms require that label.

Talking mascot questions
How do I make a mascot talk?
Upload one image of the mascot to KreatorFlow Lip Sync, add the voice track, and press Generate. OmniHuman 2.0 animates the mouth to the script and moves the head and face with the delivery.
Does it work with 3D and costume mascots?
Yes. Flat illustrations, 3D renders and photos of costume mascots work, as long as the mascot has a face with a visible mouth. A mascot with no mouth, or a mouth hidden behind something, does not lip sync well.
Will the mascot stay on brand?
The video starts from your image, so colours and design come from it. Ask in the direction for the design and colours to stay unchanged, and use the same image and voice in every video.
Can I use the videos in ads?
Yes, for a mascot you own or are licensed to use. Our Terms set out how you may use what you make.
How long can a mascot video be?
4 seconds to 5 minutes per take. For a longer explainer, make it in parts and join them in an editor.
How much does a talking mascot cost?
4 credits per second at 720p and 6 at 1080p. A 30-second spot is 120 credits at 720p. Lip Sync needs a paid plan (from $19 for the first month on Creator) or a credit pack (from $8).
Can I make another company's mascot talk?
No, not without their permission. Mascots belong to their brands. Use your own mascot, or one you designed with our AI character generator.
